Return & exchange policy

Exchanges and returns are accepted until 14 days after the item is received.

If you don't like what you received or a piece did not fit, please :

  • write an email at contact@axep.co. with your order number in the email’s subject line
  • include a note with your order number in the parcel with your
    returned purchase.
  • send the pieces back within 14 days to Axep after the item is received.

We gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary.

Please note that all shipping costs involved in the returning of the items is on your expenses.

Customers are responsible for all taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.

We do not provide a return label.


  • All returned items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with packaging intact to be eligible for refund.
  • make sure to return the item in such way that the original packaging will remain undamaged.
  • Items returned or exchanged without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
  • The shipping costs are not refundable.
  • The risks pertaining to the return of the product(s) are borne by the sender.
  • If you are located outside the EU, please note that additional custom fees might apply. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
  • You should use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s) otherwise.
  • Axep can not be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Our items go through a process of quality control checks. Even then, it can still happen that you receive a damaged item due to transportation. Please contact contact@axep.co with a photo of the faulty item.
  • Unless the product you received is defective, we wont cover the return costs.
  • Sale, discounted items, Last chance items, and limited-edition items are final sale and ineligible for exchange or returns.
  • We are not responsible for Axep items purchased from other retailers.
  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if your refund is approved, you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email and the refund will be applied to your credit card within 5 business days.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
