Shipping

/ Orders are processed Monday to Friday , not including holidays, pending payment authorization and verification.
/ You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order to confirm it and once your order has been shipped.
If you have not received an email within 10 minutes, please check your spam email folder or contact sales@axep.co
/ Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 office days after we received your payment, not including products where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description.
/ All delivery times are indicative only. However, we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

/ Paris: free delivery by courrier
/ France : 10€
/ EU : 25€
/ Rest of the World : 35€
/ Axep offers free standard delivery on orders above 450€.
Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.


Duties & taxes

/ Please note that our shipping costs do not include import duties if you live outside EU.
/ International orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duties, taxes, or fees. 
/ These funds are set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by the courier.
/ We are not responsible for any of these duties, taxes, or other fees.
/ Taxes and duties are responsibility of the purchaser.

 

IMPORTANT
/ If a package is returned to France because the buyer did not claim the package, Axep does not send replacements.
/ Axep is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Axep has no control over this. The purchaser is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Axep has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
/ If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, the parcel’s refund will not include the shipping and return costs.
/ We are not responsible for parcels not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a reshipping fee.

Return and exchange policy

/ Exchanges and returns are accepted until 14 days after the item is received.
/ We gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary. If you don't like what you received or a piece did not fit, please :
-write an email at sales@axep.co with your order number in the email’s subject line
-include a note with your order number in the parcel with your returned purchase.
-send the pieces back within 14 days to Axep after the item is received.
/ Please note that all shipping costs involved in the returning of the items is on your expenses.
/ Customers are responsible for all taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.
/ We do not provide a return label.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS ON RETURNS
/All returned items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with packaging intact to be eligible for refund.
/ Make sure to return the item in such way that the original packaging will remain undamaged.
/ Items returned or exchanged without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
/ The shipping costs are not refundable.
/ The risks pertaining to the return of the product(s) are borne by the sender.
/ If you are located outside the EU, please note that additional custom fees might apply. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
/ You should use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s) otherwise.
/ Axep can not be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
/ Our items go through a process of quality control checks. Even then, it can still happen that you receive a damaged item due to transportation. Please contact sales@axep.co with a photo of the faulty item.
/ Unless the product you received is defective, we wont cover the return costs.
/ Sale, discounted items, Last chance items, and limited-edition items are final sale and ineligible for exchange or returns.
/ We are not responsible for Axep items purchased from other retailers.
/ Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if your refund is approved, you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email and the refund will be applied to your credit card within 5 business days.
/ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Refunds

    Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
